## What does unlimited mean for PREMIUM?
Storage, bandwidth, email accounts and databases have no advertised commercial quota for this offer. Account resources, terms of use and technical server limits still apply.

## How are plans billed?
Monthly prices are equivalents billed annually. The first year costs MAD 708 excl. VAT for STANDARD, MAD 1,188 for PLUS and MAD 1,788 for PREMIUM. Annual renewal is MAD 1,188, MAD 1,788 and MAD 2,388 excl. VAT respectively. Promotional pricing applies to the first year only.

## Can I move an application created with an AI tool?
It depends on the exported code and the services it uses. Share the required versions, dependencies, startup method and database requirements with our team before ordering. Projects that depend on external services must keep or replace those services.

## Are resources reserved for each application?
Plan limits apply to the entire account and are shared by its websites and applications. The CPU percentage is a usage limit, not dedicated cores. Choose a plan based on the combined resource needs of your projects.

## When should I choose a VPS instead?
Choose a VPS if your project requires root access, Docker or custom system services. For persistent workers, WebSocket connections or long streaming responses, have the expected behaviour checked before choosing your hosting.

## Can I host a Python application?
Yes, if your application is compatible with the Python selector and startup method available on your account. Check its Python version, dependencies and database requirements before ordering. Support for every framework or background service should not be assumed.
