## How do I calculate my company’s monthly budget?

Monthly prices are per-mailbox equivalents, excluding VAT, with annual payment. Five Starter mailboxes at 18 MAD/month represent 90 MAD/month, or 1,080 MAD excl. VAT payable annually.

## Is every message guaranteed to reach an inbox?

The platform optimises routing and IP reputation. Delivery also depends on DNS, content and recipient systems; delivery to every primary inbox cannot be promised.

## Can I send bulk email campaigns or spam?

No. Business Email is for your company’s everyday communication. Mass mailing, bulk campaigns and spam are prohibited, even when technical sending limits are respected. Misuse may result in suspension of the account or affected service; repeated violations may lead to termination under the terms of service.
