How is Business Email billed?
Business Email is paid annually. Monthly figures are equivalents for comparing plans: Starter costs 18 MAD excl. VAT/month, or 216 MAD/year; Business 25.50 MAD/month, or 306 MAD/year; Enterprise 49.50 MAD/month, or 594 MAD/year. Each price is per mailbox. The switch changes price display, not the payment schedule.
Which businesses is Business Email designed for?

How should I organise my company’s email addresses?
Plan a named mailbox for each employee who needs one. Use aliases for addresses such as contact@, sales@ or billing@: an alias routes messages to an existing mailbox and is not a separate mailbox.
Which plan fits a startup or SME?
Choose based on the messages and attachments each employee needs to retain: Starter includes 10 GB, Business 30 GB and Enterprise 50 GB per mailbox. Discuss your headcount and requirements with Cap Connect before ordering.
Can I use my company’s existing domain?
Yes, including a .ma domain. Cap Connect helps prepare email DNS records. Domain registration and renewal remain separate from the Business Email subscription.
How do I calculate my company’s monthly budget?
Monthly prices are per-mailbox equivalents, excluding VAT, with annual payment. Five Starter mailboxes at 18 MAD/month represent 90 MAD/month, or 1,080 MAD excl. VAT payable annually.
Is every message guaranteed to reach an inbox?
The platform optimises routing and IP reputation. Delivery also depends on DNS, content and recipient systems; delivery to every primary inbox cannot be promised.
Can I send bulk email campaigns or spam?
No. Business Email is for your company’s everyday communication. Mass mailing, bulk campaigns and spam are prohibited, even when technical sending limits are respected. Misuse may result in suspension of the account or affected service; repeated violations may lead to termination under the terms of service.
What should I prepare before setting up Business Email?
List the mailboxes you need, their storage and messages to retain. Prepare domain DNS access and check email settings before changing your company’s MX records.
