Build your project with Nextcloud
Build a workspace around your files
A team can organise folders by project and share useful documents without multiplying email attachments. Sharing links give outside contacts access to selected files. Define a simple structure and folder owners so the workspace does not become an unorganised file dump.
Plan for data growth
Estimate initial storage, new files each month and synchronisation needs. Review permissions when colleagues join or leave. Deletions can propagate to synchronised devices: keep a separate backup and test recovery of important files.
Questions about Nextcloud
Does synchronisation replace backups?
No. Deletions can also be synchronised. Keep an independent copy and test restoration.
Is the VPS automatically preconfigured?
Available options are specified during checkout. Confirm the compatible operating system, installation method and any administration services with our team. VPS access does not replace application configuration and maintenance.
How should I plan backups?
Automatic server backup is an optional add-on at checkout. Also plan for application-specific data and regularly test restoration.
