Is model usage included in the VPS price?
No. The server and AI services are separate. API fees depend on your model and usage.
Is the VPS automatically preconfigured?
Available options are specified during checkout. Confirm the compatible operating system, installation method and any administration services with our team. VPS access does not replace application configuration and maintenance.
How should I plan backups?
Automatic server backup is an optional add-on at checkout. Also plan for application-specific data and regularly test restoration.
